Expense Splitter · last updated 17 September 2026
Expense Splitter is a private application operated by its owner for one household. It is not a commercial service, it is not offered to the public, and no account can be created. Access is limited to the two people the owner has set it up for.
Use it for its purpose: reviewing your own transactions and recording which of them were shared. Do not attempt to access another person's data or to interfere with the application's operation.
The balances it reports are a convenience, not an accounting record. Bank data can arrive late, change after it posts, or be missing entirely. Check anything that matters against your bank.
The application runs on a personal computer and may be unavailable at any time, without notice. There is no uptime commitment and no support obligation.
The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, its owner is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including any financial decision made on the basis of what it reports.
The owner may stop operating the application, or withdraw access, at any time. You may stop using it at any time.
Any change to these terms will be published on this page with a new date above.
